The Dance Party
Its all about the party! Letting loose and being able to enjoy your special day is what it's all about! You are now married and ready to dance the night away with friends, family and new spouse! Our DJs work closely with our clients to help create an unforgettable dance party!
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US BEFORE AND DURING YOUR SPECIAL DAY!
- BEFORE:
- We schedule a meeting to discuss what you envision for your wedding day and provide a walk through of our planning software and other Online Resources.
- Brandon Chase provides assistance with planning your special day! Unlimited telephone, text, email, and internet consultations.
- 30 Days prior to your special day we schedule a final meeting to make sure all aspects are covered prior to the big day!
- DAY OF RECEPTION:
- DJ's are the Master of Ceremonies and provide all Emcee and hosting duties and ensure the atmosphere is perfect for your special day!
- We provide Ceremony music and necessary microphones if desired.
- We coordinate with the caterer (or venue), photographer, and videographer (so they don’t miss anything)
- Desired Cocktail Music.
- Fun Introductions!
- Announcements for Cake Cutting and other reception events.
- Wireless microphones for speeches and toasts.
- Professional DJ to keep you and your guests dancing the night away!
- We provide all the entertainment and music throughout the event, our DJ's do not take breaks.
- Guests can text music requests using a designated code and view realtime music selections (NEW).

Complete our Availability Form (We are booking into 2023).List Item 1
We like to keep things simple and easy! By filling out our Availability Form this will give us all of the important information on you and your special event. ** Make sure you supply a password, you'll need this for the ONLINE PLANNER! If you agree to our price, then we APPROVE your day and move forward with the process!

Have a Consultation! In Person or via Zoom...
After completing the Availability Form, Brandon Chase will contact you via the desired method and discuss your event and give you a price. At this point a consultation is scheduled to go in more detail about your event and planning software. We make sure you are 100% comfortable with us before you book!

Complete the Contract!List Item 2
Once the contract is signed and completed - we can then move forward! You can also sign this online in the EVENT INFO area by clicking on the PRINT CONTRACTS link.

Retainer Required!List Item 3
We do require a $250.00 retainer on all Wedding Packages! The contract balance is due 30 days prior to the event!

Let the Planning Begin!List Item 4
After all of the formalities are squared away it's time to start filling out the ONLINE EVENT PLANNER! The planner will be closed 30 days prior to the event. We always schedule a phone/zoom call or in person meeting around this time so we may be sure we are covering everything!
