If you agree to our price, then we APPROVE your day and move forward with the process! We will be happy to schedule a consultation before signing any contracts!
Once the contract is signed and completed - we can then move forward! You can also sign this online in the EVENT INFO area by clicking on the PRINT CONTRACTS link.
We do require a 35% deposit on all price quotes! All balances are due 30 days prior to the event. Some event types are eligible to pay balance day of event.
After all of the formalities are squared away it's time to start filling out the ONLINE EVENT PLANNER! The planner will be closed 5 days prior to the event. We always schedule a phone conference around this time so we may be sure we are covering everything!
