Mike joined Chase Entertainment as a partner a few years ago and has Dj'ed many events and specializes in Weddings and parties! With his 14 years experience Mike has a strong talent of reading the dance floor to keep people moving! His sense of humor is a nice touch too!
We like to keep things simple and easy! By filling out our Availability Form this will give us all of the important information on you and your special event. ** Make sure you supply a password, you'll need this for the ONLINE PLANNER! If you agree to our price, then we APPROVE your day and move forward with the process!
After completing the Availability Form, Brandon Chase will contact you via the desired method and discuss your event and give you a price. At this point a consultation is scheduled to go in more detail about your event and planning software. We make sure you are 100% comfortable with us before you book!
Once the contract is signed and completed - we can then move forward! You can also sign this online in the EVENT INFO area by clicking on the PRINT CONTRACTS link.
We do require a $250.00 retainer on Wedding Packages within 1 week of signing! The contract balance is due 30 days prior to the event!
After all of the formalities are squared away it's time to start filling out the ONLINE EVENT PLANNER! The planner will be closed 5 days prior to the event. We always schedule a phone conference around this time so we may be sure we are covering everything!
Thirty (30) days prior to the special event a meeting will be scheduled and all details will be discussed and finalized. After this point the event will be locked out to prevent further changes. This process ensures our DJ's are organized and ensure our clients get everything they want!
